Quality of property listings on MLS

The quality of property listings on the MLS is determined exclusively by who enters the listing on the MLS, not by who markets the property. Any agent can enter listings on the MLS, but in our experience agents do not provide quality descriptions, and fail to enter the full amount of data points in the MLS.

How do we know this? The inspiration for James White becoming a real estate broker is because as a seller he experienced this exact situation.

Our marketing strategy also includes syndicating to ninety-two publishing networks such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia, among others.

We then syndicate property listings to an extended network of brokers and agents’ websites, plus we manually add the listings to other sites like marketplaces, craigslist, and other portals.

Professional photography is included in our listing fee.

A picture is worth one thousand words so it’s important to have professional photos taken of your property. At Sell Street, we believe that top-quality professional photography can give you an advantage over other listings on MLS or not listed on MLS.

Our team includes a professional photographer who takes high-quality images which help build trust with prospective buyers browsing online listings.

Professional Photography also increases interest in listed properties when featured by popular real estate websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and thousands of others.

Sell Street manually maintains a list of buyers that are interested in listings similar to yours.

At Sell Street, we create and send postcards that target buyers based on geography, income, and other data points. Our team researches neighborhoods before targeting them with direct mail.
