Sell Street Real Estate Advisors is a licensed real estate brokerage representing our family and others with buying, selling, and leasing real estate on the Space Coast.
Our business model is simple. We list, and market all types of real estate, and help sellers of all types of property earn a secured stream of interest income from selling their real estate to our family or third parties with owner financing. A mortgage then secures the property, and the revenue generated from leasing activities is used to pay interest and principal payments to the sellers.

James White is a real estate entrepreneur and broker living in Melbourne, Florida. James has been involved in numerous projects, including software development, real estate, oil and gas, education, and legal ventures.

Andrew Easler, Esq.

General Counsel

Andrew David Easler is a real estate attorney and is the managing attorney for Sellstreet, a Melbourne, Floida-based law firm. Andrew obtained his JD from the Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2021.

Susan White

Project Manager

Susan White retired to Florida from Canada in 2015, works with and manages the family's vendors, and oversees the day-to-day maintenance of our family's properties.

Operations

Tim White retired to Florida from Canada in 2015. Tim assists Susan in day-to-day operations and oversee the maintenance of our family's properties.

Our History

Our family has a proven track record of improving, professionally managing, and paying mortgage payments on time since 2013. We can provide deal references upon request.

Anyone who knows James understands his passion for small business and real estate. When he was 12 years old, he started shoveling snow and mowing lawns. By the time he was 16, his landscaping business quickly grew into one of the largest and most successful in the area; it was so successful his parents quit their jobs to work with him full-time.

As James began to make more money, he started to think about ways to invest it. He knew real estate was a wise investment, so he bought properties for sale by non-qualifying assumptions, and thanks to his keen business sense and timing, James' portfolio continued to grow and grow.

2006 – 2014

In 2006, James sold his property portfolio in Canada and started investing in various ventures in the United States. In 2012, he moved to Florida with his business partner and real-estate attorney, Andrew Easler. In 2014, the family acquired their first rental property.

2015

In 2015, James became a licensed real estate broker. He began to buy real estate from sellers who provided owner financing through the family holding company, ATS Breakwater Properties LLC.

2022

Today, James operates Sell Street, Andrew runs his law firm, Easler Law, in Melbourne, Florida, and his parents, Tim and Susan, improve and manage the properties on the Space Coast.
